High viz gear MUST be worn for winter runs - a headtorch is also advisable
Meet outside the Chalk and Cheese Pub - 6.45pm . Distance around 4 - 5 miles, local routes around Maiden Newton, some road and trail. All at a pleasant, friendly pace.
Wednesday Evening Runs
High viz gear MUST be worn for winter runs - a headtorch is also advisable
Different locations around the local area ( see this page for details ), often starting and finishing near a pub!
7.00pm start. Distance around 6 - 7 miles with varying terrain.
